Warranty
A full 2-year warranty from the original purchase date is offered to the original purchaser on all FEREI lights, covering any defects in materials or workmanship.
Stated Performance Metrics: Our stated lumen output and beam distance figures are measured under standard laboratory conditions for the light unit only; excluding any losses from mounting hardware, wiring, or vehicle electrical system variance, as is industry standard. A 5% variance (lower or higher) in total light output efficiency is normal for end-user applications.
All FEREI light models must pass our harsh multi-frequency vibration and waterproof endurance tests to ensure reliability. Please see here for more details on IP ratings and usage guidelines.
Max System Voltage: Please ensure your vehicle’s operating voltage is within the light’s rated range (e.g., 12-30V DC). If the vehicle is equipped with other high-power electrical accessories or has an aging electrical system, we recommend having the installation and regular checks performed by a professional auto electrician, as this will help prolong the product’s lifespan and prevent potential issues from power instability.
