These people are the most helpful and honest people you could deal with, my item was misplaced in the Aust. Amazing shop, 100% suggested. Brought there my f800gs to change a couple of things: they did a check up and suggested to change a couple of worn out bits and pieces more. The bike now rides like an absolute dream, unrecognizable! Icing on the cake is that they were fully booked for 2 weeks, but managed to find time to do my bike in 3 days only. Absolutely over the moon with the customer service and products offered by BM Bikes!! Ordered a part on Friday and it was shipped the same day landing on my doorstep the following Monday. Part was as described, being a fuel click connector for my K 1300 R. All my future BMW parts will be coming from BM Bikes. Ripper business!!
