This floating brake disk with the cast-on retaining ring holding the ABS sensor ring is suitable for the BMW models K 1200LT and R 1200CL.
In addition to the appealing classic look, the new technology, such as drop-forged hubs and brake discs made of high-strength, heat-treated chrome steel alloy, the improved braking effect thanks to the circular grinding on both sides and the European approval according to the latest E1 standard are particularly noteworthy.
The brake disc has undergone extensive testing and has been approved in accordance with the latest vehicle standards. It complies fully with all European regulations and now bears the “E1” marking following approval by the Federal Motor Transport Authority in Germany. The brake disc does not require any additional vehicle documentation changes or alterations – the technical engineers in all vehicle test centers throughout Europe have online access to the documentation if required.
European approval ensures that riders can enjoy the full braking performance without the requirement for costly adjustments to the vehicle documentation after installation.
Note:
The ABS sensor ring must be adjusted and then secured by a specialist workshop.
Please always fit new brake discs together with new brake pads to ensure optimal braking on your BMW motorcycle model.

Please remove ABS ring from old disc and refit to new disc carrier
